Cavallo- Hudes, husband and wife to Advisors Mortgage Group, LLC, recorded in the Bergen County Clerk's Office on August 2, 2023 in Book V 5051, page 322, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 230 Center Street, New Milford, NJ 07646 and is further described as Lot 3 (formerly Lot 6), Block 1520 (formerly Block 110) on the Tax Map of the Borough of New Milford.
