NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST HYDROMAX PLUMBING, INC. A DISSOLVED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NOTICE is hereby given that HYDROMAX PLUMBING, INC., an Indiana limited liability company, was dissolved on December 31, 2025. Articles of Dissolution have been filed with the Secretary of the State of Indiana. Anyone having a claim of any nature HYDROMAX PLUMBING, INC. should submit in written proof thereof by first class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the corporation c/o Marc D. Fine, P.O. Box 1507, Evansville, Indiana 47706. Any such proof of claim must include (1) the complete name and address of claimant; (2) the date when the claim arose; (3) the amount of the claim; and (4) a complete description of the nature of the claim, and if based upon a written instrument a true copy thereof. Unless barred at an earlier date under the applicable statute of limitations, any claim against HYDROMAX PLUMBING, INC. will be barred if a proceeding to enforce the same is not commenced within two (2) years from the date of this notice.
