PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed an appeal or application for development with the Planning Board of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights for 1. A use variance to permit a two (2) family residence in a one (1) family zone 2. BulkVariance to permit two (2) driveways where one (1) is permitted and pre existing on Washinton Place, additional driveway is proposed on Ravine Avenue and 3. Bulk Variance for front yard set back on Ravine Avenue on an irregularly shaped lot bordering on two (2) streets located in an R2 zone and 4. Bulk variance to permit balconies in front yard(Ravine Ave. only)any other Variances deemed necessary by the Board and the applicant. The premises are located at 418 Washington Place, Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey and designated as Lot No.: 3 Block No.: 112 on the Borough Tax Map, and this notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the immediate vicinity.
A public hearing has been set down for July 8th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 320 Boulevard, Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection.

Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
