TAKE NOTICE that on the 9th day of March, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Planning board on the 5th floor at the Municipal Building, 12 S. High Street, Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a Minor Subdivision Plan with bulk variances for a pre-existing front yard setback of the current home, along with any other associated variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Millville city ordinances so as to permit the applicant to subdivide the current lot to create one new lot on the premises at 332 Maple Street and designated as Block 114, Lot 26 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
