TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of October 2025, at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held before the City of Vineland Zoning board at the Vineland Council Chambers at 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a bulk variance for front and side setbacks, a variance for a lack of frontage on a public street, and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Vineland city ordinances so as to permit the owner to construct a single family home on the premises at 1325 Hoffman Drive and designated as Block 5118, Lot 41 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The following described maps and documents related to this application are on file and available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday:
