TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of June 2026, at 6:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the City of Vineland Planning board at the Vineland Council Chambers at 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a Minor Subdivision with bulk variances for lot area, lot frontage and lot coverage and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Vineland city ordinances so as to permit the owner to subdivide the current lot to create one new lot in order to construct a single family home on the premises at 1370 Magnolia Road and designated as Block 5118, Lot 42 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board and are available for inspection.
Application and Minor Subdivision Plan
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
