TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of July 2026, at 6:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the City of Vineland Planning board at the Vineland Council Chambers at 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for preliminary Major Subdivision approval that requires bulk variances for minimum lot frontage and minimum lot area and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Vineland city ordinances so as to permit the owner to subdivide the current lot to create fourteen total lots on the premises at S Spring Road and designated as Block 5112, Lot 40.02 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The following described maps and documents related to this application are on file and available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday:
Application, Major Subdivision Plan, Stormwater Management Facilities plan and Stormwater Drainage calculations
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
