TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of July 2026, at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held before the City of Vineland Zoning Board at the Vineland Council Chambers at 640 East Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for pre-existing bulk variances for lot depth and lot area and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Vineland city ordinances so as to permit the owner to construct a duplex, two family dwelling on an undersized lot on the premises at 220 South 7th Street and designated as Block 4010, Lot 13 on the City of Vineland Tax Map.
The following described maps and documents related to this application are on file and available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday:
