TAKE NOTICE that on the 28th day of January, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Commercial Township Land Use board at Township Hall, 1768 Main Street, Port Norris, New Jersey, on the development application of the undersigned for a Minor Site Plan and any other associated variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the zoning ordinances of Commercial Township, Ordinance No. 79-190 together with any and all amendments and supplements. The premises is designated as Block 164, Lot 1.01 on the Township of Commercial Tax Map and is also known as 1410 East Buckshutem Road. The owner seeks to operate a retail cannabis dispensary.
The following described maps and documents related to this application are on file and available for inspection in the Commercial Township Land Use Office at 1768 Main Street, Port Norris, New Jersey on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 8:00am and 5:30pm and Thursday between 8:00 am and 4:30pm:
