NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER BOROUGH OF NORTH ARLINGTON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of September, 2025, at 7:00 pm at 214 Ridge Road North Arlington N.J. a hearing will be held before the Borough of North Arlington, Zoning Board of Adjustment on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit an addition to the existing two-story single family dwelling, as well as new concrete stairs and walkway. Applicant will also seek variance relief for an additional variances deemed necessary by the board at time of hearing on premises located at 86 Union Place and designated as block 117 lot 46 on the Borough of North Arlington Tax Map.
