NOTICE OF HEARING ON MAJOR SUBDIVISION & SITE PLAN APPROVAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: In compliance with the requirements of the Land Development Ordinance of the City of Woodbury and the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D et seq., you are hereby notified that an application has been filed by Mayis Properties, LLC (Applicant) and the Applicant shall appear before the City of Woodbury Planning/Zoning Board on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Woodbury Municipal Building, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ. The purpose of the application is for a Major Subdivision (preliminary and final), Site Plan Approval (preliminary and final), associated variances (bulk and/or use), so as to permit the Applicant to subdivide the Property into fourteen Lots, with development of thirteen single family homes, a new right-of-way, and associated development of the subject Property. The subject property of the Application is known as 263 Park Ave., Woodbury, New Jersey 08096, more particularly designated as Block 165, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the City of Woodbury. The Applicant may also seek any and all other variances, waivers, and relief as may be necessary, required and/or appropriate.
The application and associated attachments, plans and materials may be inspected by the public between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the office of the Planning/Zoning Department, also located at 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. You may contact the Planning/Zoning Department at 856-845-1300 for information on the application.
All interested parties shall be provided with the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing on June 25, 2026 and shall be entitled to testify before the Board and/or question the Applicant. The Planning/Zoning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the application and you are advised to contact the Planning/Zoning Board in order to confirm or make diligent inquiry the date and time of the hearing, including any such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
