NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER Borough of Haledon, Land Board Use Please Take Notice that a Public Hearing before the Haledon, Land Board Use has been ordered for January 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Borough Hall, 510 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, New Jersey on an application to permit the Store known as PC Metro located at 428 Haledon Avenue, Haledon, New Jersey to be divided into two (2) Stores, one being the PC Metro Store, and the other Store to sell Chocolate and Ice Cream. No variances are required. The Store is located in a C-Business Zoning District consisting of approximately 4600 Square Feet. No exterior work will be required, but rather only interior work. A copy of the application, and plans are on file with the Zoning Officer, Borough Hall, Haledon, New Jersey, and available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Haledon, Land Use Board.
