NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER Borough Of Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment Please Take Notice that a public hearing before the Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment has been ordered for March 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, First Floor, Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J., on the appeal or application for development of the undersigned for a variation from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the use of the property located at 206 Route 46E, Lot 1, Block 238, Lodi, New Jersey as a used automobile dealership and which requires the following variances: use variance pursuant to §585-10, L4; min. lot area of 21199 square feet where 2 acres is required pursuant to §585-10, L-1 and min. floor area of 1885 square feet where 4,000 is required on the premises known as 206 Route 46E and designated as Block 238, Lot 1 on the Borough's tax map.
