2026 HIGHWAY SERVICES
TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT
Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Mount Pleasant, the Villages of Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor, and the Fire Districts of Thornwood and Valhalla will be receiving bids up to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 11th day of March, 2026 at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595, at which time and place bids for providing the following Highway Services will be publicly opened and read:
TREE STUMP REMOVAL SERVICES
EXCAVATION EQUIPMENT & MATERIAL REMOVAL SERVICES
STORM WATER CATCH BASIN CLEANING SERVICES
STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
Bid forms may be obtained at the Mount Pleasant Town Clerk's Office. Bids must be placed in an envelope and clearly marked:
BID FOR (Name of Highway Service)
Sealed bids should be mailed and /or delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Mount Pleasant, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595.
Bids will be effective from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 with the option to renew as per the specific terms and conditions set forth in each bid.
The individual Municipalities and Fire Districts reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or bids which they deem most favorable to the interest of their respective Municipality or Fire District.
Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate required.
