NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY RICHMOND, INDIANA Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana in the office of Purchasing in the Municipal Building of said City until the hour of 4:59 p.m. on the day of April 16, 2026 for furnishing the following in accordance with specifications on file in the office of Purchasing in the Municipal Building, Richmond, Indiana. Aggregate and Bituminous Materials-2026 All proposals shall be properly and completely executed on a proposal form which is included in bid documents. All proposals submitted shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bidder's Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Richmond, Indiana in the amount of $5000 Specifications and bid forms may be secured from the Purchasing Office, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374. All Proposals should be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential-Bid Proposal" on the outside of envelope. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of bids and re-advertise for the same and to waive informalities or errors in bidding. Bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1983.
