PROJECT
The work is known officially as "DIVISION ROAD FROM MEQUON ROAD TO JEFFERSON CREEK, PROJECT NO. 2501" and shall consist of pulverizing, bituminous milling, and bituminous paving on specified Village roads in the Village of Germantown for the calendar year 2026 in accordance with the requirements of the Public Works & Highway Committee.

Electronic bids must be submitted on Quest vBid www.questcdn.com for a non-refundable fee of $42.00 due by 11:00 AM Local Time on May 28, 2026.
PROPOSALS
A bidder's qualification statement must be received by the Village of Germantown at least five (5) days before the bid opening date. The proposal form furnished by the Village shall be properly executed by the bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the Village of Germantown equal to five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid or bids, including consideration of alternates. The successful bidder's failure to execute the contract and furnish the performance bond within ten (10) days after the award shall cause the Check or Bid Bond to be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages (Section 62.15(3), Wisconsin Statutes). The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received. All proposals shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening date.
