NOTICE TO BIDDERS Morristown & Erie Railway New Rail Procurement Invitation for Bids No. 2026M&ECRISI02 Morristown & Erie Railway, Inc. is soliciting sealed bids from qualified suppliers to furnish approximately 58,080 linear feet of new jointed tee rail for use on the Morristown & Erie Railway system in Morris County, New Jersey. This procurement is funded in part through the Federal Railroad Administration's Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements Program. Bids are due by email no later than 2:00 PM ET on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
