NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FIRE STATION BAY DOOR REPLACEMENT Project Sharonville Fire Department, Sharonville, Ohio, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the Fire Station Bay Door Replacement Project at Fire Station 86, located at 11637 Chester Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45246.The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of eight (8) existing apparatus bay doors; the installation of new insulated, commercial-grade overhead sectional doors; electric door operators; associated electrical work; safety systems; weather sealing; testing, commissioning, and related improvements. Proposal documents and project specifications are available from the Sharonville Fire Department upon request. An optional pre-bid meeting and site visit may be scheduled at Fire Station 86 upon request. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting proposals. Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked:"RFP – FIRE STATION BAY DOOR REPLACEMENT" and delivered to: Dan Sunderman, Sharonville Fire Department11637 Chester Road Sharonville, Ohio 45246. Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. This project is subject to all applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code governing public improvements, including prevailing wage requirements, bid guaranty and bonding requirements, and other applicable state and local regulations. The Sharonville Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request additional information, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Department.
