NOTICE TO BIDDERS Housing Rehabilitation for 628 E Wyandotte St, Freeport, IL 61032 Jurisdiction of City of Freeport Freeport, Illinois Time and Place for Filing Sealed Proposals: Sealed bids for the work comprising each improvement as stated below must be filed by 9:59AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in the Office of City Clerk, City Hall Building 314 W. Stephenson St. Freeport, 2nd Floor, 61032. Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened. All bidders must attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough at 11am, October 2, 2025, at 628 E Wyandotte St., Freeport, IL 61032. Time and Place Sealed Proposals Will be Opened and Considered: Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated at 10:00AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at City Hall for consideration by Grant Administration Staff. The Grant Administration Staff may award a Contract at said meeting, or at such other time and place as shall then be announced. Commencement of Work: Work on the improvement shall commence immediately upon approval of the contract by the Grant Administration Staff and be completed as stated below.
