NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works at their Administrative Office located at 2065 East Main Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York 10567 until 11:00 a.m. EST on Monday, October 27, 2025 for "Provide, install and integrate: 4-0.5 HP and 2 – 2 HP Variable Frequency Drives at the Catskill Water Treatment Facility" The Bid Opening will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST. A mandatory pre-bid site visit to the Catskill Water Treatment Facility at 2065 East Main Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 is scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Please contact Matthew Geho, Operations Director at 914-396-0900 with any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend. All pertinent documents, information and specifications for bidders may be obtained on line from the Empire State Bid System at www.empirestatebidsystem.com. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in handling of mail by the employees of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. The bidder assumes the responsibility for having bids on time at the place specified above. Every bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Hold Harmless Statement properly executed by the bidder. The Northern Westchester Joint Water Works reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
