NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Commissioners of Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana has authorized the Staff of the District to receive sealed bids for the furnishing of Granular Activated Carbon for the Waterworks District's Water Treatment Plant/s. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. CST on January 14, 2026 after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding may also be conducted electronically. Please find bid related materials and submit electronic bids at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM. All proposals shall be sealed and addressed as follows: Proposals: Granular Activated Carbon Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 8814 Main Street P.O. Box 630 Houma, Louisiana 70361 Proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of amount bid. Proposals must be made on blank forms furnished with the contract documents.
