NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Clarkstown Central School District, 62 Old Middletown Rd, New City, NY 10956 in accordance with Article V Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of bids for: RFB 2025-26.26: Tree Removal, As-Needed Opening: February 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM RFB 2025-26.27 Print Services, Various Publications Opening: March 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM SEALED BIDS will be received until the scheduled opening in the CCSD Purchasing Department at the address above, at which time and place they will be opened and read. All bids submitted shall be in compliance with New York State and Federal Labor Law requirements. All bid prices to be firm ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise specified or mutually agreed to, in writing, at the same terms and conditions. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in the bids, to reject all bids, to accept the total bid, or to award individually or by groups, whichever, in the opinion of the Clarkstown Central School District, is in the School District's best interest.
