NOTICE TO BIDDERS Electronic bids will be accepted until March 6, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. and opened at that time by the Licking County Transportation Improvement District, County Administration Building, 20 S. Second Street, 4th Floor, Newark, Ohio. Electronic Bids will be read aloud and published on the electronic bidding platform. Complete specifications and bidder requirements may be obtained for free from the electronic bidding platform: https://apps.ctleng.com/ctlbids/bidsignin.jsp. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this Project. The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the Board, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned the Board may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
