NOTICE TO BIDDERS Milestone Contractors, L.P., a heavy highway contractor who is an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking Certified MBE/WBE/VBE owned business quotes for the INDOT Contract B-46479-A, Bridge Maintenance and Repair on SR 25 over Norfolk South RR 11.1 miles north of I-65. The project will involve MSE Wall, Soil Nails, Storm Sewer, and Traffic maintenance. Subcontracting opportunities include but are not limited to construction engineering, saw cutting, soil nails, material hauling, concrete, and construction signs.
