NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Pearl River Union Free School District, Pearl River, New York (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-a of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids. Project Information: Pearl River School District (Owner) 135 West Crooked Hill Road Pearl River, New York 10965 Tel: 845-620-3900 Pearl River High School Toilet Renovations NYSED No. 50-03-08-03-0-009-027 Architect: CSArch 19 Front Street Newburgh, New York 12550 Tel: (845) 561-3179 Project Location: Pearl River High School 275 East Central Avenue Pearl River, New York 10965 The Owner, the Pearl River School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the Pearl River High School Toilet Renovations construction project, which includes alterations to four (4) multiple occupant bathrooms. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contract: Contract No. 01 Single Prime Construction (SPC) Two (2) copies of sealed bids will be received until 3:00pm EST on March 23, 2026 at Pearl River School District, Administration Offices, 135 West Crooked Hill Road, Pearl River, New York 10965. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and returned to the Bidder unopened. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud after the specified receipt time indicated above. An abstract of Bids received will be made available via www.csarchplanroom.com. It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge beginning February 25, 2026 at www.csarchplanroom.com under 'Public Projects', or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars ($100.00). Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, on compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive, may be obtained from Rev, 28 Church Street, Warwick, New York 10990, Tel: 845-651-3845, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Pearl River School District. Bidder must provide a Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:00pm EST on March 9, 2026 at the Pearl River High School (275 East Central Avenue, Pearl River, NY 10965) convening in the Gymnasium Lobby located on the north side of the building and accessed from Holt Drive. Attendance of this meeting is recommended as the Owner, Architect and/or consultants will be present to discuss the Project. Attendees should anticipate 30 minutes Q & A session. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom. Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment, as this project is publically funded. Per New York State Wick's Law as a Single Prime Contract, bidders shall submit a separate sealed document identifying all proposed subcontractors for the project. This document must include the specific scope of work assigned to each subcontractor and the corresponding payment amount allocated, in accordance with the requirements of applicable municipal law.
