NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM, sealed bids will be opened and read by Somerville Business Park, LLC, 152 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 for the Somerville Business Park Freight Assistance Project Phase 3, funded by a grant through the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the following described work: Trackwork planned for Phase 3 of the project includes a crossover installed and constructed using 136# continuous welded rail on wood ties; installation of a concrete grade panel crossing; extension of four storage spurs on the northern tracks of the property; the replacement of wood ties over an approximate 200 ft. of track; and the construction and installation of a drainage ditch parallel to that track. All work aims to increase fluidity and efficiency within the business park. All qualified bidders are directed to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walk on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the site, Somerville Business Park, LLC, 152 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844. Bid packages will be available at the Pre-Bid Meeting. A potential bidder who cannot obtain a bid package in person can call 973-865-2933. Bids should be hand delivered in sealed envelopes to the site office at 152 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 starting at 11:00 AM prior to the Bid Opening on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, which will start at 1:00 PM.
