NOTICE TO BIDDERS Ivy Tech Community College Lafayette is requesting bids from qualified vendors for Campus Door Lock Hardware and Installation Services; Project located at 3101 South Creasy Lane, Lafayette, IN 47905. The Owner shall enter into a single contract with the successful bidder who submits all required documents, the lowest, most responsive and responsible bid. The successful bidder will be fully responsible for the coordination of all required work based on the issued package. Bid Documents can be obtained by e-mailing Melinda McGee at McGee Designhouse: melinda@mcgeedesignhouse.com All complete bids must be e-mailed to Melinda McGee at McGee Designhouse: melinda@mcgeedesignhouse.com prior to 3:00pm EST on Thursday (5/14/26). An optional pre-bid walk-through meeting will be held at 2:30pm EST on Wednesday (5/6/26). Prospective bidders are required to RSVP for the walk-through if attending by 1:00pm EST on Tuesday (5/5/26). Bidder questions are due by 3:00pm EST on (5/6/26) with formal responses being issued by McGee Desighouse on (5/7/26). All prices shall be free of Federal Excise and State Sales Taxes. All bid forms and required documents must be completed where indicated and submitted as part of the bid package. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities within the bid packages received.
