NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS The New Castle Housing Authority will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. local time on July 14, 2026, at 274 S. 14th Street, New Castle, Indiana. The project consists of improvements at Maplewood Terrace, Forrest Knoll, and Thorncroft properties, including concrete, bathroom, door, gutter, and shed work. Plans and specifications may be obtained beginning June 22, 2026, by contacting Richard Moore at Design House Architects & Designers, (574) 276-1411 or richard@designhousearchitects.com. A pre-bid meeting will be held June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the New Castle Housing Authority office.
