NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent, for the Borough of Seaside Park, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on August 11, 2026 at 10:00 am prevailing time in Borough Hall, 1701 N Ocean Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08752 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for: BID 2026-05 SOLID WASTE & RECYCLING COLLECTION Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at Borough Hall, 1701 N Ocean Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08752, during regular business hours or by emailing the Qualified Purchasing Agent: jjankowski@seasideparknj.org. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "BID 2026-05 SOLID WASTE & RECYCLING COLLECTION" on the outside, address to Jenna Jankowski, Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. A pre-bid conference for this proposal will be held on July 21, 2026 at 10:00 am in Borough Hall, located at 1701 N Ocean Avenue, Seaside Park, NJ 08752. Failure to attend does not relieve the bidder of any obligations or requirements. Proposal forms shall not be removed from the form of proposal. Proposals must be made upon the blank forms provided. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 (Public Works Contractor Registration Act). The Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Seaside Park reserve the right to reject all bids in accordance with the New jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.
