NOTICE TO BIDDERS NORTHERN WESTCHESTER JOINT WATER WORKS Amawalk & Catskill Water Treatment Plant Bid# 2026.6 Water Treatment Plant Residuals Removal Sealed proposals will be received by the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works at their Administrative Office located at 2065 East Main Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York 10567 until 1:00 p.m. EST, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 for "Water Treatment Plant Residuals Removal". The Bid Opening will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EST. All pertinent documents, information and specifications for bidders may be obtained online from the Empire State Bid System at www.empirestatebidsystem.com. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in handling of mail by the employees of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. The bidder assumes the responsibility for having bids on time at the place specified above. Every bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Hold Harmless Statement properly executed by the bidder. The Northern Westchester Joint Water Works reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid# 2026.6, Water Treatment Plant Residuals Removal".
