NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for VETERINARY EQUIPMENT will be received by the Board of Education of the Ocean County Vocational School at the Administration Office, 137 Bey Lea Road, Toms River, NJ 08753 on 07/10/2025 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at such time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic bid form and specifications can be requested by email to Stephen J. Brennan, CPA, MBA at sba@ocvts.org. Specifications are available at the above address during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such form may be rejected. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10-5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. A pre-bid meeting is not required for this bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A:-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informality, and to waive all immaterial information, if it is in the public interest of the Board to do so. Quantities are estimates and the Board of Education reserves the right to increase quantities by 20% or decrease quantities by 100% as specified in the specifications pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.2 and 11.10.
