NOTICE TO BIDDERS LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL OF INDIANAPOLIS STEM ADDITION PROJECT Shuck Corporation, acting as CMC, is seeking subcontractor and supplier bids for the Lutheran High School STEM Addition Project located at 5555 South Arlington Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. Anticipated scopes of work include Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel, Casework & Countertops, Roofing, Storefronts & Glazing, Flooring, Painting & Wall Covering, HVAC & Plumbing, Electrical, Telcom & Fire Alarm, Asphalt, Landscaping, and Fencing. The project generally consists of the construction of a new STEM educational addition, associated building improvements, and related site work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Plans, Specifications and Bid Documents are available through Repro Graphix's ePlanroom. A recommended Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at Lutheran High School of Indianapolis. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all bidders. Questions regarding the project shall be submitted in writing to Shuck Corporation no later than 12:00 p.m. on July 17, 2026. Responses will be issued through formal addenda. Bids are due at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Bids shall be submitted electronically to Shuck Corporation via email estimating@shuckcorp.com. Bids must be submitted on completed Bid Forms, which will be provided as part of the Specifications.
