NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Northeast (Webutuck) Central School District and the Board of Education invite the submission of sealed bids from reputable school bus or transportation companies to furnish transportation services for three transportation runs for out of district placements, for the school years 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029.
Effective Monday, July 13, 2026 bid documents will be available on the School Districts Website http://www.webutuckschools.org and at the District Office located at 194 Haight Road Amenia, NY 12501.
Any questions regarding the Bid or Bid specifications should be directed to Robert Knuschke, School Business Administrator, during normal business hours (8:00am-3:00pm) at 845-373-4100, extension 5500.
Deviations from these Bid specifications will not be accepted. It is understood that the conditions and specifications of the Northeast (Webutuck) Central School District will apply. Bids will be received until 11 am on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the Northeast (Webutuck) Central School District Office located at 194 Haight Road Amenia, New York, at which time all bids will be publicly opened. Bids will not be accepted that are sent by facsimile or electronic mail (email).
Bids will remain firm for a period of 45 days following the date of the Bid opening, and shall thereafter remain firm unless the Bidder provides written notice to the Northeast (Webutuck) Central School District that the Bid has been withdrawn.
The Northeast (Webutuck) Central School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
