NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids will be received by Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District for the following Project: Highbanks Metro Park, Maintenance Lot Improvements. The Bids will be received at 1069 West Main Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, until 10:00 a.m., local time on August 10, 2026 and will be read publicly and recorded immediately thereafter. Copies of the Bidding Documents are available for review at www.keycompanies.com. The Bidding Documents are also available for purchase at any Key Blue Prints, Inc. location. The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any Bidding Documents obtained from any other source. Inquiries regarding the Bidding Documents, including requests for clarifications or interpretations or proposal of substitutions, shall be submitted to Anna Vagedes at aevagedes@metroparks.net. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Highbanks Metro Park maintenance area, 9466 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035 on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to answer questions and to review the Project site. The estimated cost of this Project is $185,500. The Substantial Completion Date for the Project is November 30, 2026. The Project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115. Each Bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.
