The bids will not be opened publicly. The Contractor will evaluate all bids based on a "best value" basis, in which qualifications, price, proposed staffing, current workloads, experience on similar projects and related factors are considered. Potential proposers with experience on FAU campus are strongly encouraged to consider submitting bids and the related information for the Bid Packages requested by the Contractor. The Contractor reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and/or re-bid as necessary to adequately cover the scope of the project within the budget, and/or may elect to waive any irregularities in any bids. The Contractor may enter into negotiations with multiple bidders based on its initial evaluation of the bids in order to make a final "best value" decision.
