NOTICE TO CONVEY AND DISPOSE OF CITY OF PEORIA OWNED PROPERTY/LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTH VILLAGE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Peoria, per 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code, is providing reasonable opportunity for any person to submit proposals or bids prior to conveying/disposing of the property/land at the following addresses located in the SOUTH VILLAGE TIF: The first parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .10 acres located at 1117 S Warren St, Property Index Number: 18-17-159-021 The second parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .28 acres located at 1606 W. Adrian G. If any individual or organization has alternative proposals, proposals shall be submitted under the requirements outlined below.
