NOTICE TO CONVEY AND DISPOSE OF CITY OF PEORIA OWNED PROPERTY/LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTH VILLAGE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Peoria, per 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code, is providing reasonable opportunity for any person to submit proposals or bids prior to conveying/disposing of the property/land at the following addresses located in the SOUTH VILLAGE TIF:
The first parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .10 acres located at 1117 S Warren St,

The sixth parcel is an irregularly shaped lot approximately .08 acres located at 508 SW Center St,

The City of Peoria intends to dispose of the property to a local resident. If any individual or organization has alternative proposals, proposals shall be submitted under the requirements outlined below.
Proposals/Bids Submission Requirements:
To be considered, the proposal must contain the following:
A proposed development plan consisting of a project narrative and cost projections.
Amount offered for purchase of the property.
Submission and Review of Proposals:
Two complete sets of the proposals and all supporting documentation must be submitted to:

Proposals will be accepted at the above address until 4:00 PM (CDT) on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Proposals will be evaluated based on adherence to the Proposals/Bids Submission Requirements.
