NOTICE TO CONVEY AND DISPOSE OF CITY OF PEORIA OWNED PROPERTY/LAND LOCATED IN THE EAST VILLAGE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Peoria, per 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code, is providing reasonable opportunity for any person to submit proposals or bids prior to conveying/disposing of the property/land at the following addresses located in the EAST VILLAGE TIF: The first parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .07 acres, located at 1912 N California Ave, Property Index Number: 14-33-481-003 The second parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .11 acres, located at 905 E Behrends Ave, Property Index Number: 18-03-104-028 The third parcel is a regularly shaped lot approximately .10 acres, located at 310 E. Frye Ave, Property Index Number: 14-33-454-004 The City of Peoria intends to dispose of the property to a local resident. If any individual or organization has alternative proposals, proposals shall be submitted under the requirements outlined below. Proposals/Bids Submission Requirements: To be considered, the proposal must contain the following: A proposed development plan consisting of a project narrative and cost projections. Amount offered for purchase of the property.
