NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS Take notice that Delta Projects LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 675 E 16th Street, Suite 100, Holland, Michigan 49423 (the "Company"), has been dissolved pursuant to the Michigan Limited Liability Company Act effective on December 31, 2025. This notice is being published pursuant to Section 807 of the Michigan Limited Liability Company Act, MCL 450.4807. Creditors and claimants of the Company are notified that a claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within one (1) year of the date this notice is published. Claims should be mailed to the address set forth above, and should include the name of the claimant, address, telephone number, amount of the claim, and identification and description of transaction of facts out of which the claim arose.
