NOTICE TO CREDITORS Berken Energy LLC Notice of Dissolution and Claims Process TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST Berken Energy LLC: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Berken Energy LLC (the "Company"), a Delaware limited liability company, has been dissolved effective January 28, 2026, in accordance with Section 18-803 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del. C. § 18-101 et seq. Pursuant to Section 18-804 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, all persons having claims against the Company are required to present their claims in writing to the Company at the address specified below within the time periods set forth herein, or such claims shall be barred. Include the following information: • The claimant's name, address, and telephone number • A detailed description of the claim • The amount of the claim • Documentation supporting the claim DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION: Known Creditors: If you received written notice from the Company directly, your claim must be received within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of such written notice. Unknown Creditors and Claimants: If you did not receive written notice directly from the Company, your claim must be received within three (3) years from the date of publication of this Notice. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO FILE: Any claim not submitted in accordance with this Notice and within the applicable time period SHALL BE BARRED and unenforceable against the Company, its members, managers, and any other person. REJECTION OF CLAIMS: The Company reserves the right to reject any claim in whole or in part. If the Company rejects your claim, you will receive written notice of such rejection. You must commence an action to enforce your claim within ninety (90) days from the effective date of the rejection notice, or your claim shall be barred.
