Monte, died on January 15, 2026. The decedent was Co-Settlor of the Robert J. Monte and Barbara A. Monte Joint Trust under Agreement dated October 27, 2014, as amended ("Trust"). There is no probate estate administration anticipated and no personal representative has been appointed. Creditors of the decedent and/or Trust are notified that all claims against the decedent and/or Trust will be forever barred unless presented to legal counsel for Suzanne T. Tuson and Barbara A.
