NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Estate The Settlor, Donald Edwin Eaton (DOB : 9/02/1923), who lived at 50 North Grandview Beach Road, Indian River, Michigan 49749, died June 11, 2026. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the Settlor/Decedent are notified that all claims against the Donald E. Eaton Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 27, 1991, as amended and restated, will be forever banned unless presented to Donald Scott Eaton, Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
