NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Trust Gregory M. Porrett, Deceased Date of Birth: March 11, 1960 Notice to Creditors: The decedent, Gregory M. Porrett, died on September 20, 2025. The decedent was the Settlor of the Gregory M. Porrett Trust under Agreement dated November 22, 2022, as amended on July 15, 2024 ("Trust"). There is no probate estate administration anticipated and no personal representative has been appointed. Creditors of the decedent and/or Trust are notified that all claims against the decedent and/or Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Breanna N. Porrett, Successor Trustee of the Trust, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice. The Trust will then be assigned and distributed to persons entitled to it.
