NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Trust STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF LIVINGSTON TO ALL CREDITORS: NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, Cherrie Ann Price, who lived at 1629 Woodhill Drive, Brighton, Livingston County Michigan (date of birth, November 24, 1937), died December 15, 2025. There is no personal representative of the decedent's estate to whom letters of administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Richard M. Price and Cherrie A. Price, co-trustees, or their successors in Trust, under the Price Joint Living Trust dated July 28, 1994, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Joyce Shekell, Successor Trustee, 567 Wellington Drive, South Lyon, Michigan within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
