NOTICE TO CREDITORS Decedent's Trust NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, Alice I. Giese, Donor (Settlor) of the Alice I. Giese Revocable Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1992, as amended, whose date of birth was October 12, 1926, died on May 23, 2026. There is no probate estate and no personal representative of the decedent Donor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors are notified that all claims against the decedent or the Alice I. Giese Revocable Trust under Agreement dated October 1, 1992, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Thomas S. Giese, Trustee, or Steven L.
