The decedent was Settlor of the Douglas Rolph Trust under Agreement dated May 15, 2024 ("Trust"). There is no probate estate, and no personal representative has been appointed. Creditors of the decedent and/or Trust are notified that all claims against the decedent and/or Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Tracey Mossett, Successor Trustee of the Trust, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice.
