NOTICE TO CREDITORS GIVEN PURSUANT TO NRS 164.025 Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Truist Bank and Carolyn E. Wright are the duly appointed and qualified Co-Trustees of The Robert A. Keller, III Trust ("Trust"). Robert A. Keller, III, the Grantor and initial Trustee of the above named Trust, died on May 25, 2026. Pursuant to NRS 164.025(3), any creditor having a claim against Robert A. Keller, III or the Trust estate must timely file such creditor's claim with the undersigned; a claim is timely filed by sending such claim to the address below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice. The below signed recommends claims be remitted by return receipt to evidence mailing, containing the phrase "CLAIM PURSUANT TO NRS 164.025" in a minimum of 12-point bold type on the first page of the claim.
