NOTICE TO CREDITORS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF CHESTER L. GUINN, DECEASED, AND THE CHESTER L. GUINN LIVING TRUST In The Matter Of: Chester L. Guinn Living Trust U/A/D May 21, 2002, as amended and restated To: All persons regarding Chester L. Guinn, deceased, who died on or about the 2nd day of August 2025 You are hereby notified that Naomi L. Guinn-Johnson is serving as Trustee of the Chester L. Guinn Living Trust under agreement dated May 21, 2002, as amended and restated. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this Notice, or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee. Creditors who have claims against the Trust must mail them to the Trustee at the address listed below via certified mail, return receipt requested. Unless creditor claims are mailed by the latter to occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this Notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice, a claim shall be forever barred, unless otherwise allowed or paid.
