NOTICE TO CREDITORS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF FRANCIS A. MORROW, DECEASED, AND THE FRANCIS A. MORROW AND ROBINETTE F. MORROW JOINT LIVING TRUST In The Matter Of: Francis A. Morrow and Robinette F. Morrow Joint Living Trust U/A/D May 22, 2006, as Amended and Restated To: All persons regarding Francis A. Morrow, deceased, who died on or about August 29, 2025. You are hereby notified that Gregory A. Morrow is serving as Trustee of the Francis A. Morrow and Robinette F. Morrow Joint Living Trust under agreement dated May 22, 2006, as amended and restated. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this Notice, or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee. Creditors who have claims against the Trust must mail them to the Trustee at the address listed below via certified mail, return receipt requested. Unless creditor claims are mailed by the latter to occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this Notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice, a claim shall be forever barred, unless otherwise allowed or paid.
