NOTICE TO CREDITORS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF STEVEN S. MARQUARDT, DECEASED, AND THE STEVEN S. MARQUARDT REVOCABLE TRUST In The Matter Of: Steven S. Marquardt Revocable Trust U/A/D February 28, 2018 To: All persons regarding Steven S. Marquardt, deceased, who died on or about the 18th day of August 2025 You are hereby notified that Matthew S. Marquardt, Megan D. Marquardt, and Andrew H. Marquardt are serving as Trustees of the Steven S. Marquardt Revocable Trust under agreement dated February 28, 2018. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this Notice, or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee. Creditors who have claims against the Trust must mail them to the Trustee at the address listed below via certified mail, return receipt requested. Unless creditor claims are mailed by the latter to occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this Notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice, a claim shall be forever barred, unless otherwise allowed or paid.
