NOTICE TO CREDITORS HURLEY FAMILY LIVING TRUST TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Robert W. Hurley of 3415 Jamieson Drive, Hudsonville, MI 49426, surviving Settlor of the Hurley Family Living Trust u/a/d June 23, 1993, as amended (the "Trust"), was born January 26, 1934 and died October 10, 2025. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent's estate to whom letters of administration have been issued and this notice is given by the Trustee of the decedent's Trust pursuant to MCL 700.7608. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to Karen H.
